BENSLIMANE Abderrahim

Abderrahim Benslimane is Full Professor of Computer-Science at the Avignon University/France since 2001. He is Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology and Head of the Master Degree SICOM, Communicating Systems. He has been nominated in 2020 as IEEE VTS Distinguished Lecturer. He has the French award for Doctoral supervision and Research 2017-2021. He has been as Associate Professor at the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard since September 1994. He obtained the title to supervise researches (HDR 2000) from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France. He received the PhD degree (1993), DEA (MS 1989) from the Franche-Comte University of Besançon, and BS (1987) from the University of Nancy, all in Computer Science.
Maurizio Bozzi

Maurizio Bozzi was born in Voghera, Italy, on June 1, 1971. He received the MSc degree in Electronic Engineering and the PhD in Electronics and Computer Science from the University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy, in 1996 and 2000, respectively. In 2002, he joined the Department of Electronics (now Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering), University of Pavia, Italy, where he is now a Full Professor of Electromagnetic Fields. He currently teaches the courses of “Electromagnetic Field Theory – Guided Wave Propagation” and “Antennas and Propagation”.
He held research positions in various universities worldwide. From December 1996 to September 1997 he was a Guest Researcher at the Technische Universitaet Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany. From October 2001 to January 2002 he was a Post-doc Fellow at the Universitat de Valencia, Valencia, Spain. Moreover, he was an Invited Professor at the École Polytechnique de Montréal, Montréal, Québec, Canada, from November to December 2002, from June to July 2004, from June to July 2005, from June to August 2006, and from June to August 2007. In May 2009, he was a visiting scientist at the Centre Tecnologic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC), Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain, and in November 2009 he was an Invited Professor at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, Tunisia. He was a Guest Professor at Tianjin University, China (2015-2017) and a Visiting Professor at Gdansk University of Technology, Poland (2017-2018). His main research interests concern computational electromagnetics, substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology, and microwave passive components and sensors.
